What size would i be in nike shoes?

I’m normally a womens size 7 (US sizing)

but what size should i get in Nike’s? do they run a little small or are they larger?

Also what size would i be in nike boys..i found the cutest pair of shoes but again im not sure about the sizing.
im a size 5 in converse if that helps.
